Terms of Service

By using Markrush (“Service”), you agree to these Terms.

1. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information and maintain account security. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer the Service
• Scrape, copy, or republish Markrush data without permission
• Use the Service to spam, harass, or violate third-party rights
• Use the Service in violation of any platform terms (Meta, Google, etc.)
• Resell the Service without an authorized reseller agreement

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are in USD. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We offer a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. After the trial, you must add a payment method to continue using the Service.

Refunds: Monthly plans are non-refundable but cancel anytime. Annual plans qualify for a 30-day money-back guarantee from initial purchase.

4. Connected Accounts

When you connect third-party accounts (Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, Search Console), you grant Markrush read-only access to the relevant data. You can revoke access anytime. We are not responsible for changes to third-party platforms that affect data availability.

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload or generate through the Service. We may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve the Service. We do not sell your data.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all code, designs, branding, and content, is owned by Markrush. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service per these Terms.

7. Service Availability

We aim for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Markrush's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Termination

We may terminate your account for violations of these Terms with reasonable notice. You may terminate anytime from account settings.

10. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes will be resolved in courts of Delhi, India.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
